March 4, 2025 A tremendous wintershow in the Netherlands for Veenstra Holsteins last weekend with bringing home the 2yr. old Champion, Intermediate Champion, Reserve Intermediate Champion, Honorable Mention Intermediate Champion and Grand Champion. The 2yr. old Champion title was for Sanne 43 (Delta-Lambda x Bouw Rocky), a balanced 2yr. old with a super Mammary System. Double strike for Veenstra Holsteins with the Intermediate cows! Winning her class, Udder Champion and Reserve Intermediate Champion: Mogul daughter Cinderella 1. Her barnmate, sired by Big Malki, Thea 294 became Intermediate Champion and Grand Champion of the show and Rubicon daughter Froukje 5 was crowned as Honorable Mention Intermediate Champion. January 13, 2025 It was a great classification round last week for Veenstra Holsteins with an average of VG-86 with 4 B&W 2yr. olds and 2 B&W 3yr. olds! The 2nd calver, Froukje 5, sired by Rubicon scored VG-89-NL 3yr. (MAX) with EX-90 for her Feet&Legs en VG-89 for her Dairy Strength! Froukje 5 was 2yr. old Champion at the Wintershow in Groningen 2024 and has >9 generations 'Very Good' dams in her pedigree. Her herdmate Sanne 43, a fresh Delta-Lambda daughter scored VG-86-NL 2yr. with VG-86 for her Mammary System. Great success last friday at the Young Breeders Show in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. Her daughters, Giessen Panini 2 (s. Perennial) became Jr. Champion and Reserve Jr. Grand Champion of the show!
