January 24, 2022 Looking back that the Eurogenes Summer Sale at JK Eder in 2013 was quite a sale. Animals like Tir-Ann Nyala (she has numerous high bulls and is great grand dam from the top seller at the most recent Masterrind Sale with EUR 78.000 ), Rayniridge Planet Elaine (grand dam from DG OH Rubels-Red) and with Anderstrup DG Calico, the number 1 Net Merit at the time in Europe. She sold to Hul-Stein who started working with her. According to Tjalke Albada the best purchase Hul-Stein ever did, she gave numerous high bulls (not to forget the influental Crownmax) and females, her current highest males and females test over 3000 GTPI and over 1000 Net Merit. At the time she was a medium stature rounder kind of heifer, certainly not everybodies type, but the genomics where right.
